Kuzma Andreev, a scientist and historian, decides to discover the secrets of the history of entrepreneurship in Russia, taking up the first attempt to create a book about this important aspect of the country. He travels to the epochs of the past, starting with Russia of the XVII century and before the reforms of P.A. Stolypin at the beginning of the XX century, using the time machine of his mind. In his journey, he discovers the key stages of the development of entrepreneurship, the main forms and types of entrepreneurial activity, as well as their connection with the economic policy of the state. But it's not that simple - someone wants to kill him all the time.
