The film takes place before the revolution of 1952, and follows a continuous conflict between farmers and a feudal Pacha. After the farmers gather in front of the Pacha's palace, objecting the destruction of their crop, and after the death of Gaber, Awad gets convicted and spends time in prison, and after he gets released, he seeks revenge from his father's murderer.
